Just What: Modern-Day Bootlegging

Where: The topography around Las vegas, nevada permits for many outside activities, which as a visitor into the Vegas that is typical experience one may not expect. Bootleg Canyon received its name during prohibition through the bootleggers whom brewed illegal liquor in stills concealed in draws and arroyos then relocated it through the canyon. Today, Bootleg Canyon may be the website for zip-lining and hiking that is many hill cycling tracks. There’s trail that is also fantastic into the wilderness. It’s breathtaking to get at before it gets too hot and watch the sun rise over the Joshua trees dawn. Red Rock Canyon, only half an hour through the Strip, is a breathtaking destination to hike. Much less than an hour away is Mount Charleston, with snow-capped trails and skiing through the entire wintertime.
